The workshop
Workshop Objective
The goal of this workshop is to generate team alignment and execution by shifting team members into a Growth Mindset. The team will identify their fixed mindsets, the impact of staying in their comfort zone, and choose the most impactful growth mindsets to operate from moving forward. Finally, the team will co-create specific new ways of working together and a structure that will facilitate continuous alignment.

Program Structure
This full day workshop may vary in design based on your unique needs, but follows this general flow:
The team reviews their specific goals, what success would look like, and most importantly, how they plan to reach them. Teams must get clear on their current Ways of Working - the specific behaviors, processes and structure currently being employed to reach their goals.
1 | Define
The team then identifies which underlying Fixed Mindsets are currently leading to a lack of alignment on Ways of Working, and discusses the impact of not addressing them. The facilitator then guides the team to choose the new Growth Mindsets that they will be operating from moving forward.

Each specific chosen Growth Mindset manifests as new and different Ways of Working as a team. For example, if a Fixed Mindset in the team is “Getting feedback means I failed,” the new chosen Growth Mindset could be “We can't improve if we don't talk openly and quickly about problems.” The chosen new Way of Working then may be the team agreeing to introduce structured and consistent feedback. We have hundreds of effective Ways of Working linked to specific Growth Mindsets that the team can choose from to support them to co-create a new plan of action.

Team members will step out of this workshop understanding how their mindsets are key drivers for team alignment.

They will have reflected on whether or not the way they are working together is effective to reaching their goals.

The team will leave the session with energy and clarity on their new Growth Mindsets as well as co-created new Ways of Working together to put their mindset shift into action, and agreed on the behaviors and structure that will generate continuous team alignment moving forward.

Teams will walk away with our proprietary Growth Mindset Team Analysis Report to support the strategies they learned during the workshop, with an overview of their team’s Growth and Fixed Mindsets.

Teams will also walk away with Growth Mindset Cards™ that can be used in any future team meetings.

Teams will also leave with their co-created action plan.
